Maintained the customer-facing documentation repositories for Appian’s Financial and Insurance Solutions; pre-configured applications built on Appian’s low code platform to satisfy specific business needs.

  • Connected Underwriting Documentation Site: Connected Underwriting is a pre-configured solution that provides insurance professionals with the tools they need to gather information to establish insurance policies and facilitate communication with prospective policy holders.

  • Connected Claims Documentation Site: Connected Claims is a pre-configured solution that allows insurance professionals the ability to initiate, track, and complete insurance policy claims across a series of policy types.


FAST Enterprises

Technical Writer, Communications Manager; Pennsylvania Tax Hub Project
June 2018 – May 2022

Oversaw the execution of communications and documentation to support the Pennsylvania Tax Hub (PATH), a 5-year project to replace the PA Department of Revenue’s aging tax processing architecture with a single, comprehensive system.

  • Getting Started with myPATH Instructions PDF: This set of instructions was provided digitally to Pennsylvania taxpayers as an aid for establishing a myPATH account so they may pay their PA state taxes online for free.

  • Rollout 1 Communication Plan PDF: This communication plan sets out the strategies used to communicate the modernization of Pennsylvania Motor and Alternative Fuels Tax to impacted taxpayers.

  • PATH Internal Newsletter (June 2020) PDF: This newsletter was part of a internal publication distributed to Department of Revenue employees each month, providing them PATH project updates, key dates, helpful resources, and more.

Travelled the country for two summers (2014 and 2015), promoting the newest lacrosse equipment for Warrior Sports, New Balance’s lacrosse and hockey subsidiary.

  • 2015 Tour Start in Warren, MI: Maintained more than $200,000 in combined equipment while traveling the West and East coasts over a two-summer period, interacting with over 200,000 Warrior customers.

  • 2015 Tour in Virginia Beach, VA: Reported tournament statistics, attendance, and inventory weekly, including content for digital marketing use.
